SHIPPING COSTS & INFORMATION 

Please check that your shipping address is secure, and that it is entered correctly before proceeding to checkout. We cannot be held liable for items that are not delivered due to incorrect information, or for theft from communal areas.

UK ORDERS

We offer FREE Shipping by Royal Mail for all U.K. customers. Please note that this is an untracked service. If you would like the added security of tracking, we offer a tracked service at checkout for £4.00, available at checkout.

If you would like faster delivery, within the UK, we offer a tracked & expedited UK delivery service for £9.50.

Standard UK delivery is approximately 3-5 business days from dispatch. Expedited delivery is usually within 48 hours from dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Standard shipping for International orders is £5.95. International Standard delivery is typically 5-15 business days from dispatch.

Tracking is also available on International orders. Please select the International Tracked option at checkout if you wish to include tracking for your order.

We now require all orders over £25 to be sent tracked. Tracking will be automatically applied at checkout for all orders over £25.

PLEASE NOTE: Your order may be subject to Import Duty (Tax) & other fees, charged by customs when your order arrives in your country. These are in addition to the cost and shipping of your order. The amount varies by country and depends on the value of your order. Please check your country's requirements before ordering. We cannot accept responsibility for these charges and failure to pay Import Duty may result in your order being returned to us and a restocking fee will be deducted from any refund. You will not be refunded postage costs.

TRACKING

Standard delivery is without tracking. If you require tracking for your order, select the tracked option at checkout. 

DISPATCH

All items are made to order. We aim to dispatch your order within 3 business days.
